Fork Oil
Maxima Fork Oils are formulated from the highest quality base oils and advanced additives to prevent foaming, seal hardening, oxidation and “stiction”. Lubricinol provides for very low sliding friction and protects internal components from wear. Temperature stable viscosity provides for constant fork action and terrain compliance for the front wheel.

Note: The factory service manual calls for 10wt oil to be used when servicing the front forks and we agree. Occasionally the situation requires 15wt which we also offer.

For all KLR 650s, the minimum quantity required for a basic oil change is two 16oz/473ml bottles. We recommend you order three to be on the safe side and mandatory if you are planning a complete disassembly, cleaning and service.
