Rim locks are used to clamp a tube-type tire bead to the rim. Without these handy little devices the tire may shift under heavy braking or hard acceleration and rip the valve stem. This is the best option available for those Japanese and Euro Dual Sport motorcycles that do not come equipped with rim locks. These rim locks are a comparable replacement for the factory parts at a fraction of the price. An absolute must for any lower-pressure application!
