Kawasaki KLR valve clearance adjustment just got simpler with ShimCalc. The "mechanic" inputs the measured clearance, the current shim size and the desired clearance for each valve. The program outputs the new shims needed, and identifies any shims that can be reused.

In addition, ShimCalc has a quick reference screen for factory specs, a notes area (for mileage, date, etc.),  and can provide a printout for maintenance records.
